Registration
You can register for the Consultation Meeting 2012 by submitting the
online registration form.
Registration fees
The registration fee (EUR 600) includes:
- Two nights hotel accommodation (18 and 19 March 2012) at the Boscolo Hôtel Plaza, Nice, France, in a double room for single use including breakfast
- Buffet dinner on Sunday, one lunch and refreshments during breaks
The registration fee has to be paid by credit card or bank transfer before 28 February 2012 (depending on availability).
In case you prefer a double room for double use, this can be reserved at a total surcharge of EUR 30 for two nights, which will have to be paid to the hotel directly on arrival.
An extra night will be charged by the hotel at EUR 155 for a double room for single use per night or EUR 170 for a double room for double use per night including breakfast.
Extras (i.e. extra night with city tax, telephone costs, mini bar etc.) are to be paid to the hotel.
