We are happy to report that the impact factor (IF) of the ECNP journal European Neuropsychopharmacology (ENP) has reached a new historic high of 5.600, up from 5.415 last year. ENP is now ranked by IF 52 out of the top 272 journals in the neurosciences, 45 out of 277 in pharmacology and pharmacy, and 38 out of 155 in psychiatry.

The 2023 ECNP Brain Prize Lecture will be delivered by Peter Goadsby, United Kingdom, professor of neurology at King’s College London and co-recipient of the 2021 Brain Prize for his groundbreaking work on the causes and treatment of migraine.

His Brain Prize Lecture on ‘Understanding migraine to develop novel therapeutics: a bench to bedside journey’ will take place on Tuesday 10 October 2023.

The ECNP Congress is Europe’s largest gathering of key opinion leaders, researchers and clinicians in applied neuroscience. Opportunities are still available to interact with this audience with exhibition space and industry sessions.

The ECNP Downloads Prize is a new award introduced by ECNP this year to recognise original and impactful research in the ECNP open-access journal, Neuroscience Applied. It is awarded for the most downloaded paper in the preceding two years.

This year’s winner is Eline C.H.M. Haijen et al. with 'Microdosing with psychedelics to self-medicate for ADHD symptoms in adults: A prospective naturalistic study'. Congratulations!
