32nd ECNP Congress Copenhagen 2019
Highlighted sessions
S.20 – ECNP inspired! An uncommon journey through fear, virtual reality and Sherlock Holmes
'ECNP inspired!' will offer a different side of applied neuroscience to the Congress participants. In this unique session, the speakers will talk passionately and freely about an inspiring topic: fear and hormones in social psychopathologies, virtual reality to treat patients, and the story of a “neuroscientist who lost her mind” are just few examples of the exciting talks of this year.
Monday 9 September, 15.20
S.08 - Progress in drug development – New medications and clinical trials
In this New Medications Session, clinical trials of novel compounds will be presented, including both proof-of-concept and post-marketing studies. Selected top researchers from both academia and industry will get the opportunity to present their data on new medications during 10-minutes presentations. Details on the presented molecules will be released shortly before the meeting.
Sunday 8 September, 09.00
Besides these two sessions, there are at least 80 more highly interesting sessions waiting for you in Copenhagen.
So don't wait any longer and register now to enjoy them in September!

Invitation to industry
ECNP Congresses are Europe’s showcase for the future of CNS treatments
The mission of the ECNP Congress is to bring together under one roof all the many pieces that go to make up the CNS treatment puzzle – from the lab all the way to the pharmacy and clinic.
ECNP would therefore like to invite companies and organisations involved in clinical and pre-clinical research, diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the brain to contribute to the 33rd ECNP Congress's educational function, by allowing participants to gain access to your high-quality information and advice, services, products and literature.

New Thematic Working Groups
In response to the ongoing developments in brain research and the changing nature of the European and international research funding landscape – which typically does not support studies only focused on a specific brain disease – the ECNP Networks Board has instituted Thematic Working Groups (TWGs) as a way to further stimulate the Networks activities and facilitate their missions.
Ideally, TWGs cover (transnosological) themes that cannot be covered by existing ECNP Networks and offer new opportunities for collaboration within the Networks community.
We are very happy to introduce four new TWG's:
More info on ECNP Networks and TWG's is available on our ECNP website.
