ECNP Travel Award

ECNP Travel Award logoThe ECNP Travel Award was established to encourage Early Career Scientists who presented a poster at ECNP Workshop for Early Career Scientists in Europe to attend the Congress.

The award
The award winner was honoured with:

  • A grant of EUR 500 to support the travel costs to the ECNP Congress (paid after the Congress).
  • Free registration for the upcoming ECNP Congress.
  • A commemorative certificate.
  • An invitation to the ECNP Award ceremony during ECNP Congress.
    Receipt of the above was on the condition that an ECNP Travel Award winner submitted an abstract for poster presentation for the next ECNP Congress, the abstract was accepted and the ECNP Travel Award winner attended that Congress and presents their poster.

Who is eligible?
Only ECNP Workshop participants could win an ECNP Travel Award. The award winners were selected during the ECNP Workshop for Early Career Scientist in Europe.

How to apply
It was not possible to apply for an ECNP Travel Award. The Award could only be won by participants of ECNP Workshop for Early Career Scientist in Europe.

Selection of the awardees2019-travel-award
The best posters presented at the ECNP Workshop were awarded the Travel Award. The selection will be made by the Workshop Committee.

Award ceremony
The awards was presented at the 33rd ECNP Congress, 12-15 September 2020, Vienna, Austria, during a special Award ceremony on Tuesday 15 September.
