Keynote session - 27th ECNP Congress
As the centrepiece of the Keynote Session, the Keynote Lecture features a world-renowned speaker who is especially invited to present on a topic of interest that should appeal to all congress participants. The Keynote Session is followed by the Welcome Reception, where a light buffet dinner will be served.
The Keynote Lecturer at the ECNP Congress in Berlin this year was Karl Deisseroth, joint-winner of the 2013 Brain Prize* and currently D.H. Chen Professor of Bioengineering, Psychiatry and Behavioural Sciences at Stanford University, USA.
The Keynote Lecture, entitled 'Circuit dynamics of motivated behaviour', was held on Saturday 18 October 2014.
