c’accommodation (trademark of Colloquium Brussels) is the only appointed official company offering accommodation on behalf of ECNP during the 39th ECNP Congress, 10-13 October 2026, Munich, Germany.
Individual hotel reservation
Detailed information on all pre-selected hotels, including photos, location and distance to the congress venue will be published in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Group hotel reservation
For group requests (5 rooms or more, per night) and suggestions on the most appropriate hotel solution in Munich, you can contact Hélène Desmazières of c’accommodation by e-mail or phone +32 (0)2 566 99 46.
Beware of internet scams!
Beware of agencies and websites offering services linked to the ECNP Congress in Munich (mostly registration and accommodation). These organisations are not linked to ECNP and are using our name and/or logo without authorisation. Note that www.ecnp.eu and https://www.ecnp.eu/congress2026 are the only official websites.
We provide in house registration service through our website and our official housing agency is c’accommodation. Please be aware as well of phone calls from such agencies. ECNP will not call you to make a hotel reservation or register you for the congress by phone. If you suspect you are being targeted by a fraudulent website or receive alleged scam e-mails or phone calls, feel free to report here.
