Certificate of attendance
Registered participants who have attended the congress can download their certificate of attendance from 25 September via My ECNP.
Poster certificate
Poster presenters that are confirmed to have presented their poster can download their poster certificate from 25 September via My ECNP.
CME accreditation
Participants can claim CME credits via the congress platform. Visit this page for more information.
Sessions on-demand
Almost every session is available on-demand for registered participants until 18 December 2024 at 12.00 CET. You can view this content by logging on the MyECNP portal and clicking on ‘ECNP Congress 2024’ and then ‘congress platform’ (the direct link to the congress platform remains available via the congress website).
Time zone
All times mentioned in the programme are in the Milan time zone CEST (Central European Summer Time).
Language
The official language of the ECNP Congress is English. No translation and/or subtitles will be provided during the sessions.
Air strike
A 24-hour air transport strike is scheduled for Tuesday 24 September 2024, lasting from 00.00 CEST to 23.59 CEST. The strike will impact several major Italian airports, including Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa, Bergamo, Bologna, Venice, and Rome Fiumicino. Wizz Air Malta Limited’s flight crews will also be participating.
However, flights will be guaranteed during specific time slots: between 7.00 CEST and 10.00 CEST, and again from 18.00 CEST to 21.00 CEST. Ita Airways has already cancelled 28 domestic and international flights due to the anticipated disruptions.

Public transport

Taxi
During the 37th ECNP Congress, taxis will arrive and depart from Gate 16 of the congress venue. Participants can conveniently take taxis from this location throughout the event.
Parking at CityLife Shopping District
CityLife Shopping District offers underground parking accessible from Piazzale Arduino and Viale Boezio. The first two hours are free with a purchase, and tickets must be validated at sales points and inserted in the automatic machines before exiting. The parking is open from 07.00 to 13.00 and is managed by Parking Graf srl.

Access and badges
Each in-person registered participant will receive a name badge upon arrival. For organisational and security reasons, we request that all participants and industry partners wear their badges at all times during the congress activities.
Individual participants and group participants with individual badge pick-up will receive a barcode closer to the congress that will allow them to scan this code and print the name badges at the onsite kiosk upon arrival to the congress venue. A QR code is also available in the ECNP app to print the badge.
For group participants with group badge pick-up, the group coordinator is responsible to collect all the badges and distribute it the their participants.
Re-print of a badge due to loss or misspelled names can be done at the registration desk at a cost of EUR 25 per badge (VAT excluded).
Children at the congress
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the session rooms, poster area or in the exhibition area at the venue.
An unsupervised parenting room is available in the entrance area of the congress venue to feed and/or change babies or young children including a private space to express milk and breastfeed babies. The room is equipped with some basic furniture, water and equipment to warm a baby bottle.
Please note:
- No supervision or child minding services are provided
- Unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 are not allowed into the parenting room
- Parents and/or those taking care of the child are at all times fully responsible for their children. ECNP shall not be liable nor held responsible for any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses or any injury relating or in any way connected to the use of the parenting room.
Food and drinks
Coffee, tea, and lunch (from Saturday — Tuesday) are included in the registration fee and available to all in-person congress participants.
A cash bar will be open for sale of food and drinks during the congress days. ECNP offers 100% vegetarian catering at the congress.

Disabled persons
The congress venue is equipped with facilities for disabled persons.
Session rooms
It is not allowed to bring drinks or food inside the session rooms. When a session room is fully seated, it is not permitted to enter the room or stand at the back of the room due to security. We will provide an overflow room if possible.

For lost and found items, please go to the registration desk located at the main entrance.
Safety protocol at Allianz MiCo (congress venue)
For the safety and security of all participants, it is mandatory to undergo metal detector control each time upon entering the congress centre premises. This precautionary measure is in accordance with the safety regulations of the Allianz MiCo.
We kindly request that all suitcases be stored at the cloakroom upon arrival. It is strictly prohibited to bring suitcases into the congress areas.
Photography and filming of sessions
Audio and video recording and taking pictures with flash is prohibited during the congress sessions. The only photography which is allowed during sessions is photography of slides, which is permitted only for reference purposes (reproduction is strictly forbidden). Photography of posters is allowed under similar terms. No (professional) filming crews or photographers are allowed under any circumstances in the session rooms or poster area, except those hired by the 37th ECNP Congress Foundation.
General photography and filming
In the past, participants of the ECNP Congress have expressed concerns about being photographed or filmed. Because of this, persons in possession of press badge are restricted to film and photograph inside the venue at (location t.b.a.). Please note that this is discretionary of the 37th ECNP Congress foundation, and if we receive requests from participants, or if filming/photography/recording is regarded as intrusive, then we may have to withdraw permission. Filming in the exhibition area is only allowed in the stand of the company that has ordered the filming or photography. It is not allowed to film or take photographs in the general or catering areas of the exhibition.
